The folk at Walton Evangelical Church are holding a Community Day this coming Saturday (21st).

There will be various community groups exhibiting in the church hall including The Police, Fire Service, Representatives for the Navy, the Army, the NHS and the Community Police service.

There will be local groups represented like Friends of Somersall Park, Debt Relief Service and Street Pastors. Along with them Ichthus Canoe Club will be exhibiting and promoting the work of the club in the area.

Other activities include Face Painting, Children Activities and a Live Lounge showcasing a number of local acts.

It all starts at 10:00am and runs through till 4:00pm.

Saturday 1st Oct – the new Club year begins and subscriptions will fall due. Remember you can pay for the bath multi session fee at the same time if you wish. Membership forms & parental consent forms can be downloaded off the clubs website…

There are still those who have not paid their subs, so could you see John Cowie and get this sorted.

You will note the intended dates for River Trips so if you are available and have some great ideas for destination, then let us know.
